RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Order/Purchase cancellation is not possible once the order is placed.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at info@maitreyishekhar.com within 1 day of receipt of the product with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number.
- Email address
- Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
You can return the item through courier service and share tracking details, and we will check with the courier for the same.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender, and the sender will be charged for the return shipping charges.
Exchange or Credit note is possible if:
- Products delivered are damaged.
- Maitreyi Shekhar design House delivers wrong products by mistake.
In case of damaged product, the same will be reviewed, repaired or a new piece will be made (as the case maybe) and delivered back to customer within 2-3 weeks after receiving the damaged product at our warehouse.
Products will be considered for exchange or credit note only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please immediately inform our customer service in the event of any products delivered without tags.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with the return.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the customer would like to exchange a faulty item, Maitreyi Shekhar Design House can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, Maitreyi Shekhar Design House will offer to repair faulty items.
All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Maitreyi Shekhar Design House will be borne by the customer.
