Refund Policy
Since all our garments and accessories are Made-to-Measure/Order, we do not offer refunds on any goods once sold.
Refund will not be given if:
- The shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
- You have used the product partially and then want to return and/or want refund or credit note.
- The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.
- If you do not comply with our return policy.
If customer has paid twice for one transaction by mistake/error, one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 working days.
